ZouziPlay support

Choose a game from the home screen and turn your iPhone or iPad sideways. Use the Home control inside a game to return to the game collection.

Tap the gear icon on ZouziPlay's home screen, solve the arithmetic question, enter the answer, and tap Continue. Multiply first, then add. The question changes; there is no fixed PIN. Parent settings work in portrait and landscape and relock when you switch away from the app.

These settings are inside ZouziPlay, separate from your iPhone or iPad's Settings app.

In ZouziPlay's parent settings, choose Gentle or Challenging under Difficulty, and Normal or Fewer under Animations. These settings apply to all games. Challenging is the default. Return to the home screen and reopen a game after changing settings.

Shape Table uses six basic shapes in Gentle. Challenging adds more shapes and similar-looking alternatives. Both modes keep the pieces different colors.

Check the game's speaker button. In ZouziPlay's parent settings, open Sound & haptics. Make sure Sound is enabled and the voice, music, and effects volumes are not turned down.

Also check your iPhone or iPad's volume and whether audio is playing through Bluetooth headphones or another connected device.

Open ZouziPlay's parent settings and choose Visible games. Enable the game you want to show. The collection contains 12 games. Retired games, including Snake Adventure and Bubble Pop, are no longer included.

Yes. All games work offline, and no account is needed. Opening support, privacy, or audio-credit websites requires an internet connection.

In ZouziPlay's parent settings, open Playtime to see time spent in each game. The summaries stay on your device. Resetting playtime cannot be undone. The Data & privacy section lets you reset saved game records separately.

Close and reopen the app, check for an available update, and restart your device if needed. If the problem continues, email us with the details below. Avoid deleting the app as a first step: that can remove its locally saved records.
